You can now choose direct messaging as contact option on listings, allowing logged in users to directly message you about a listing

Users can only message you if:
– They are logged in
– You have a listing that is active (when first message)
– Your listing has messages enabled
You can still message after a listing has been made inactive, if you started the conversation while it is active

Users that are not logged in will be prompted to if they want to message you – if you want users to not be logged in then you can use the Information box which shows contact information you provide to everyone

It is mostly designed for questions and conversation – images are not supported currently (as we don’t have enough resources for it right now)

You can pick this option on new listings / update on current listings in the dashboard – you can switch at anytime

If you don’t want a user messaging you, you can now block them in the user settings – this will not allow them to message you.
